Attorney Olinsky represents clients in various types of personal injury matters, including automobile accidents, insurance subrogation, and other types of negligence claims. Such matters are usually handled on a contingency fee basis and these cases may require in depth factual and legal analysis.

We represent many different types of clients in varying mattersin the Superior Court, District Court, and Small Claims courts ofboth Massachusetts and New Hampshire.  These cases may encompass business disputes, contract negotiations, real estate conflicts and many other types of actions.

 

Attorney Olinsky frequently handles closings for her clients in the sale, purchase, and transfer of both commercial and residential real estate in all states of practice.  She may also be retained to review Purchase & Sale Agreements or Offers as well and to render advice on any type of real estate transfer.
