We represent both businesses and consumers in the collection of past due debts and accounts in all courts within New Hampshire and Massachusetts.  Current clients include credit card companies, banks, credit unions, hospitals, doctors, lawyers, oil companies and many other types of creditors.  We regularly file suits in both civil and small claims courts and we often seek to attach both real estate and other assets of debtors to effectively collect the full amounts due.

We help clients sort out the procedures necessary to file a probate administration and to determine if an estate will require the preparation and payment of estate taxes in all states of practice.

Sometimes an estate or trust only requires assistance with theadministration and distribution of assets, and sometimes complex will contests may be involved.  In either case, we are ready to ease your mind and begin the process as soon as possible.
